Is The Server down?? Empty Is The Server down??

Hey i only just recently joined talisman of Olympics, everything has been running fine until now i just tryed logging in am receiving error messages of Acquiring Server IP address. Does this Mean that the Server has Dc'ed / is down for maintenance or something?? Sad
